verso™ chosen for all-Wales Dog Breeding Licensing Portal

Rocktime's verso licensing platform has been awarded a contract to deliver an all-Wales Dog Breeding Licensing Portal. Through a competitive tender process Rocktime was able to demonstrate its experience and knowledge to support the digital transformation of a system which will enable local authorities across Wales to work together to quickly identify unlicensed and illegal dog breeding activities. The website will as its primary function offer the means for dog breeders to register themselves and their dogs whilst offering members of the public the ability to search on them using an intelligent search facility.

The platform will feature a responsive public facing website featuring supporting information, easily searchable, introducing the scheme and offering a sort after resource to assist the visitor. Using intelligent and dynamic functionality the site will provide positive a experience to assist with:

• Training Courses
• Supporting content
• Contact options (such as reporting suspicious dog breeder activity)

The public facing website will also feature language selection for both English and Welsh.

Supporting IOS and Android mobile apps will feature as part of the project delivery with one enabling the public to engage with local authorities whilst the other to allow officers to record and submit the results of on-site inspections.

The verso^™ platform not only provides the public with a positive experience of accessing a government digital platform but also transforms local authority workflows, processes and procedures through streamlining and refining daily activities with cost and time saving benefits. Rocktime has positively disrupted the Public Sector offering not only a positively disruptive digital platform but also a consultative approach to assessing how new technology can be applied for the benefit of all parties.
