Rocktime's verso powers LBHFs private rented sector licensing

Utilising the latest release of Rocktime’s flexible, end-to-end licensing software, verso™. The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham new additional and selective licensing schemes came into force on June 15th 2017.

The new online application process was configured and branded to the boroughs requirements by Rocktime’s licensing experts and will allow citizens to follow a structured online application and data validation process that simplifies and shortens a traditionally lengthy license application process. Integration with numerous third parties allows instant validation of application data. An automatic process for license representations, conditions, online payments and passing of application data to the councils Idox Uniform™ software will complete the transformation of the business process and free officers to focus more time on enforcing housing standards across the borough.
