Rocktime is pleased to welcome Michael Gronner to the role of Head of Client Services.
Michael has spent more than 20 years working closely with organisations of all sizes in both the public and private sectors, primarily focused on streamlining core business processes using innovative, on-premise and cloud-based transformative solutions. Projects have typically incorporated best of breed software or bespoke development, delivered either as stand-alone solutions or fully integrated with line-of-business applications.
His role carries responsibility for all the touch points across our business, ensuring we continue to deliver the very highest levels of service, whether at first contact or as a long-standing, valued client.
Married with one daughter, Michael enjoys movies, music and motorsport
