Rocktime's ‘Out-the-box’ verso™ platform provides the Council with an easy-to-use online application process for landlords to apply and renew Mandatory HMO and Additional licenses all through their own dashboard.
With a robust and scalable automated backend system, Walsall Council officers are able to manage the application process end-to-end using intelligent workflow aimed at reducing significant administration and there by allowing officers to focus on inspection and enforcement duties.
Built with the expansion in mind, the verso™ platform provides the council with the base platform, with the option to add further licensing schemes in the future.
